Problem with "3-Axis Unipolar CNC Controller"

Hi, I have a problem with the controller, when I plug the three stepper motors and power up the controller, all motors start to making noise and vibrating. If I connect to pc and send commands with match3 all motors rotate fine. But the vibrating noise is too high.
Then, if I only plug two motors, the vibration is considerably reduced.

How I can solve this?

What you are experiencing is known as the holding torque. When power is applied the motors lock up to prevent any rotating. This is normal.

You may also notice that if you leave the motors sit in the locked up state for a long time they will get very hot. You can reduce this temperature (and the locked up noise / force) by decreasing your board's amperage by about 5-10%.
